To request a repair or replacement of a product please send an e-mail with your name, company name and date of purchase. The email should also describe the make, model and serial number of the product.
Include the error code (if applicable) and issues you are experiencing while using the products. We require photographs of the scale to view all side of the scale as well.
We will contact you with the instructions to obtain the scale and to examine the malfunctions. If the issue is deemed a factory or manufacturer malfunction or defect then an exact replacement scale will be provided or, in the event the scale has been discontinued and is no longer available, the next generation or manufacturer replacement model will be provided. In the event no scale is suitable for a replacement a full refund will be made.
